How they work
- You pay a fee for the challenge.
- During the challenge you have to reach a profit target without breaking two limits: the maximum daily loss and the maximum total loss.
- If you pass, you trade with their capital and they pay you a share of what you earn.
- If you break a rule, you lose the account and would have to pay for the challenge again.
Why they fit Reversal Club
- Everything is intraday: trades are closed within the day, with no overnight or weekend risk, something many challenges restrict.
- Every entry has its 0.90 % SL from the start: you know how much you can lose before you buy.
- Many use MetaTrader 5, with CFDs on US stocks. In «Platforms» you'll find the guide to set it up.
Before choosing one, check
- That it offers CFDs on the stocks we follow, not just currencies or indices.
- Its daily and total loss limits, and whether they're calculated on the balance or on equity (including open positions).
- Whether it sets conditions for trading around news or earnings releases.
- Whether it requires a minimum number of trading days or a deadline to pass the challenge.
- The commissions per trade and the contract size of each stock.
How to size each trade
- Decide how much you risk per trade: a small percentage of the account. For example, on a $100,000 account, risking 0.5 % is $500.
- With the 0.90 % SL, that's a trade of about $55,500 (500 ÷ 0.009).
- Enter that figure in «You invest», in the calculator, and it will tell you how many shares or lots to buy.
- Several losses can come in a row: the worst streak you see in «Reports», multiplied by what you risk on each, must stay well away from your daily limit.
Careful: most people who attempt a challenge don't pass it. Only pay what you're prepared to lose.
Reversal Club has no relationship with any funded-account company and doesn't guarantee you'll pass any challenge. This is general information, not advice.
