These terms govern the use of reversalclub.com and the Reversal Club subscription (“the service”). By creating an account or subscribing you declare that you have read and accept them. If you don't agree with them, don't use the service. Contact: soporte@reversalclub.com.

1. What Reversal Club is

An information and tools service for people who trade on the stock market on their own account. It includes:

• A fixed-rules method of intraday technical analysis on stocks listed on the NASDAQ, explained in the guide.
• The signals that a computer system generates automatically by applying those rules: entry, break-even protection and exit, with their reference prices. They are the same for all subscribers and are published without regard to who receives them.
• Calculation tools (stop loss and position size) and a log where you can record your own trades and see your reports.

2. What Reversal Club is not

• It is not a broker. We don't open securities accounts, we don't receive, transmit or execute orders, we don't hold money or securities in custody, we have no access to your account with your broker and we don't trade on your behalf. We have no relationship with your broker.
• It is not investment advice. Nothing we publish is a personalized recommendation: it is not based on your financial situation, your knowledge, your experience, your goals or your risk tolerance, and we don't tell you whether a trade is suitable for you. We don't answer individual questions about what to buy or sell.
• We don't manage anyone's money or portfolios.
• We are not a financial institution. We are not an investment firm or a financial advisory firm, and we are not registered with or supervised by the CNMV, because we don't provide investment services. If you want a recommendation tailored to you, go to an authorized firm: you can look them up at cnmv.es.

3. Your decisions are yours

• Every decision to buy, sell, hold or not trade is yours, and you place every order in your broker. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and their results, whether or not you follow the signals.
• Before trading, check the price, liquidity, trading hours and fees in your broker. The price of a signal is the one the system had when it generated it; the price you get may be different.
• The calculation tools work with the data you enter. Check the result before using it: a wrong input gives a wrong result.
• The tax obligations arising from your trades are yours.

4. Risk warning

• Trading on the stock market, and especially in the very short term, carries a high risk of losing money. You may lose part or all of what you invest.
• Losses may be greater than those expected from the stop: price gaps, slippage, trading halts, lack of liquidity or failures of your broker or your connection may prevent an order from being executed at the expected price.
• The signals refer to cash stocks. If you trade with leverage, margin, CFDs or other derivatives, your losses may exceed the money you have deposited.
• Past results, whether theoretical or real, don't guarantee future results. There will be streaks of losing trades.
• Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

5. No guarantee of results

• The subscription pays for access to the information and the tools, not for a result. We don't promise or guarantee profits, a return, a win rate or that you will avoid losses.
• We don't guarantee that the rules are correct, complete or profitable, or that they will keep working when market conditions change.
• The published results are theoretical: they are calculated at the close price of the one-minute candle in which each signal appears, without fees, slippage or taxes, and they don't correspond to trades with real money. All the system's trades are published, both winners and losers.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for losses, damages or lost profits resulting from your investment decisions or the orders you place, whether or not you follow the signals, or from not having traded.
• We are not liable for the acts, failures or decisions of your broker, the markets, market data providers or connection, messaging or notification services.
• We are not liable for delays, interruptions, signals that arrive late or don't arrive, or for errors in price data coming from third parties.
• We are not liable for your use of the calculation tools or for the data you enter in them.
• In any other case, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us for the subscription in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it.

Nothing above excludes or limits liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, for damage to life or health, or any other liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited, nor the rights that consumer protection law grants you and that cannot be waived.

7. Conflicts of interest

• If the person running Reversal Club has an open position in a stock when a signal comes out on it, this will be stated in the signal itself.
• Reversal Club does not receive commissions, payments or any other compensation from brokers or from the companies whose shares appear in the signals.
• Stocks are not hand-picked: the system selects them by applying the rules. Each signal carries its date and time.

8. Service availability

• The service is provided as is and as available. It depends on external providers (hosting, market data, connectivity, browser notification and messaging services), so a signal may arrive late or not at all. We don't guarantee that the service will work without interruptions or errors.
• We may change the rules, the tools or the schedule, and stop the service for maintenance. If we change it in a way that makes it significantly worse, we will notify you by email and you will be able to cancel. If we shut it down permanently, we will refund the unused part of the period you have already paid for.

9. Subscription and payments

• Price: 49 € per month, taxes included. Payment is handled by Stripe; we don't see or store your card details.
• Renewal: the subscription renews automatically every month, charged to the card you provided, until you cancel. If the price changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, and you will be able to cancel before it applies.
• Cancellation: anytime, from “My subscription” on the website. It takes effect at the end of the month already paid: until then you keep access and you won't be charged again. Periods already started are not refunded, except in the cases set out in these terms or required by law.
• Withdrawal: by subscribing you expressly request that the service start immediately and acknowledge that, once it has started, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal (article 103.m of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users).
• Invoices: you can find them in “My subscription”.

10. Your account and permitted use

• To use the service you must be over 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• The account is personal and non-transferable. Keep your password safe: anything done with your account is considered done by you.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the signals, the guide or the tools, copy them automatically, or use them to provide a service to third parties.
• If you breach these terms, we may suspend or close your account without a refund for the current period. You will be liable for the damage your breach causes and for any third-party claims arising from it, such as those of anyone who trades on signals you passed on to them.

11. Intellectual property

The texts, the guide, the signals, the design, the code and the tools belong to Reversal Club or its licensors. The subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use while it is active. It grants you no other right.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. If the change affects you, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before it applies. If you don't agree, you can cancel before that date; if you keep using the service afterwards, you are deemed to accept the new version.

13. If a clause is not valid

If a court or an authority declares any clause invalid, the rest of the terms remain in force, and that clause will apply to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence and you keep the protection granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
