Privacy policy

Here we explain what personal data we process when you use reversalclub.com, what for, for how long and what rights you have. For any question about your data, write to us at soporte@reversalclub.com.

1. What data we process

• Your account: your name and email, and your encrypted password (we never store it as is) or, if you log in with Google, the identifier Google gives us for your account.
• Your subscription: its status, the sign-up and cancellation dates, the date you accepted the terms, and the customer and subscription identifiers Stripe gives us. We don't see or store your card details.
• Alerts, if you turn them on: the address your browser assigns to receive them.
• Your trades, if you log them: the buy price, the sell price and how many shares, to build your reports.
• Security: a session cookie while you are logged in and, if you fail to log in, your email and your IP address for one day, to stop anyone trying out passwords.

The calculator and your preferences are stored only in your browser: they don't reach us.

2. Purposes and legal basis

• Providing the service you signed up for: your account, the signals, the alerts, the tools and your reports (performance of the contract).
• Charging the subscription and issuing invoices (performance of the contract and legal obligation).
• Protecting the website and your account against unauthorized access (legitimate interest).
• Writing to you about your subscription or about changes to the service or to these terms (performance of the contract). We don't send you advertising.
• Measuring how many visits the public pages get and where they come from, with Google Analytics, only if you accept it in the cookie notice (consent). You can withdraw it whenever you like.

We don't sell or share your data, we don't use it for advertising and we don't make automated decisions that affect you based on it. Your trades are used for nothing other than your reports.

3. Who else is involved

• Cloudflare, which hosts the website and the data.
• Stripe, which charges the subscription and issues the invoices. It processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
• Google, if you log in with your Google account, and because the website loads its fonts from the Google Fonts servers.
• Google Analytics, only if you accept its cookies: it measures visits to the public pages (home, sign-up, login, subscription and these legal texts). We don't use it inside the signals website.
• The content delivery networks from which the website loads some libraries (jsDelivr and Cloudflare).
• Your browser's notification service (Google, Apple or Mozilla), if you turn on alerts.
• Telegram, if you join our channel: its own terms and privacy policy apply there.
• The Spanish Tax Agency and other authorities, when the law requires us to.

Some of these providers are in the United States or process data there. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

4. How long we keep it

• Your account data and your trades, for as long as you have an account. If you ask us to delete it, we delete them.
• Billing data, for as long as commercial and tax laws require (up to six years).
• Failed login attempts, one day. The session expires after 30 days or when you log out.

5. Your rights

You can request access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our processing it or ask us to restrict its use, and take it with you in a machine-readable format. Write to us at soporte@reversalclub.com. If you believe we haven't handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) (aepd.es).

6. Cookies

We use technical cookies, needed for what you ask for to work: your session cookie and, if you log in with Google, one that lasts ten minutes to complete the login. Your preferences and the calculator are kept in your browser's storage.

On the public pages we also use Google Analytics analytics cookies (those starting with «_ga», which last up to two years), only if you accept them in the notice shown when you arrive. They tell us how many people visit the website, from which country and how they got here, without identifying you. We don't use advertising cookies.

You can accept or reject them, and change your mind whenever you like with the «Cookies» button in the bottom left corner; if you reject them, we delete them. We remember your choice for one year.

7. Minors

The service is only for people over 18. We don't knowingly process data of minors.

8. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will notify you by email before it applies.
